  • How long will it take my order to arrive once shipped (non-Amazon FBA orders)?
    For orders invoiced directly on the Breaker Bros website payment platform, we use several shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx) depending on order size, type and location. Orders should arrive in 3-5 business days from shipping confirmation (due to current shipping conditions, please view the respective website for current shipping policies and potential delays for the shipping carrier). For orders qualifying for free shipping, we reserve the right to select the shipping service carrier and type, which may add days for expected delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please follow the tracking number and contact the shipping service provider for any questions regarding delivery. At this time, we do not offer the option of rush or overnight shipping, but hope to be able to do so in the future.

  • Who is responsible for fulfilling the Breaker Bros Amazon orders?
    All Breaker Bros product orders placed on are invoiced, packaged and shipped via the Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) program. Should you have any questions, issues or need for product returns on Amazon, please handle the process as per Amazon's stated processes directly on their site.   • Can I ship multiple items to separate addresses on the same website order?
    No. Currently, each complete order can only be shipped to a single address directly from our Breaker Bros website. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, then please place a separate order for each item(s). Orders with multiple items being shipped to the same address can be satisfied within a single order. For any unusual circumstances feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
  • How fast will my direct website order ship out (non-Amazon FBA orders)?
    For orders invoiced directly on the Breaker Bros website payment platform, we work hard to get your website order out as quickly as possible. Your order should ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation date. We ship our packages using various reputable shipping services including United States Post Office, UPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to select which shipping service and type is used on any orders eligible for free shipping. The free shipping method is selected depending on order size, type and location. Each order will be provided a tracking number. Should you have any questions about shipping please contact us.

    Yes that is us! You may have seen Sammy and Omar opening packs for our personal collection or posting about cards on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media outlets.   • What payment methods are accepted for orders on the Breaker Bros website (non-Amazon FBA orders)?
    At this time, we accept all major credit card payments such as Discover, Mastercard, Visa or American Express and PayPal.
  • How do I initiate a website order product return (non-Amazon FBA orders)?
    For any undamaged and unopened product invoiced and fulfilled on the Breaker Bros website, simply return it with its included accessories and unopened packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you received the product. Prior to initiating a return please reference the details on our Return Policy. For Returns and Defective items, please note that we will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
